At Ninja Store, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received an incorrect item
  • There is a size issue (exchange only, subject to availability)

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items on sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective)
  • Accessories and personal-use items (e.g., mugs)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided

7. Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted
  • Color or design variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
  • Ninja Store reserves the right to approve or deny returns after inspection
